New Year, New Experiences

Looking for some help with resolutions or just want to try something new? Let CPL help you experience new things in 2017.  

Looking at adding some fitness to your New Year resolutions? We will be offering a sampling of fitness activities to keep you going all year.  Each session will run for six weeks; with a new session starting every eight weeks. 

 

The third session will be Tai Chi.  Open to all skill levels. Tai Chi runs Saturdays, April 29, May 6, May 20, June 3-17 starting at 9 AM.

Come learn a new skill for the new year. Last Saturday of the month at 11 AM; registration required.
